WHAT WE NEED

High school diploma or GED, but will accept relevant experience
Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
Office 365 such as Microsoft Word and Excel

OPEN POSITIONS
Responsibilities include, among other things, create and edit surveying/engineering plans, edit existing drawings per redline mark-ups, and plot. If a CAD technician does not have experience in Electrical Engineering, but has the desire to learn, please consider this as an opportunity. Must have experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
A candidate must have knowledge and understanding in electrical engineering design, analysis, and current industry practices.
Able to perform lighting design and engineering for compliance to California's energy codes.
Must have experience working with hospital, educational, water, and fire alarm engineering.
Attend field inspections for gathering information to incorporate within project plans.
Optional: 10 years experience with Masters and with an Electrical Engineering License
A candidate must have leadership skills with critical thinking and strategy, and business acumen.
Coordinate with drafters and engineers.
Manage projects to ensure all are completed within the schedule and budget.
Manage the quality and pace of work conducted on site.
Track and convey all action items and activites via meeting minutes, weekly, and monthly project update reports.
